Principal's Message - 9/25/16

Good evening, this is Mr. Kennedy, principal of Forbush High School. I hope everyone had a great weekend. I have a few announcements and updates I would like to share with you this evening.

I want to begin this evening by reminding everyone that there will be no school for students tomorrow (Monday, September 26). Tomorrow will be a teacher workday and students will return to school on Tuesday.

I also want to remind our parents and students about the importance of sportsmanship at all Forbush athletic events. I was recently made aware of an incident involving a Forbush parent or fan who directed racist and profane comments toward a game official at a recent sporting event. It is important for all students, parents, and fans to understand that this sort of behavior will not be tolerated. Fans caught acting in such a manner will be ejected and banned from all Forbush events, home and away. Please help us maintain our reputation as an institution of character and class.
