Principal's Message - 3/4/18

Good evening, this is Mr. Kennedy, principal of Forbush High School. I have a few announcements and updates I would like to share with you this evening.

Student Safety
In the aftermath of the recent shooting in Florida, I know many of you are concerned about the safety of your students and our school. I want everyone to know that the safety of your children is our number one priority at Forbush. We have recently begun reviewing our school safety plan and will make adjustments in order to be best prepared for any emergency situation. While we conducted a lockdown drill last semester, we plan to conduct another one in the coming weeks to make sure our students and staff are reminded of our emergency procedures. We hope to never have to use these procedures, but we want to be as prepared as possible just in case we ever do. If you ever have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to call or email me anytime. Thank you.
